At Éainque, we are committed to delivering products of exceptional quality. We understand that sometimes returns or exchanges are necessary, and we strive to make that process easy, clear and fair.
General Return Policy
We guarantee a full refund or exchange on all unworn merchandise, provided the following conditions are met:
- Item(s) must be in original condition
- All tags and labels must be attached
- Must be returned with the original invoice
- Must be postmarked within 24 hours of delivery receipt
Return shipping to & from customer and associated fees are the customer's responsibility. `A 10% restocking fee will also be applied to all returns. Once a return request is submitted, we will review it. If the request is deemed eligible, a confirmation email will be sent to the customer to authorize the return shipping payment.
Item(s) Not Eligible for Return or
Exchange
To maintain the integrity of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for item(s) that:
- Show signs of wear (washed, worn, etc.)
- Contain stains (makeup, dirt, etc.)
- Have odors (smoke, perfume, deodorant, sweat)
- Have damaged or missing parts (zippers, buttons, hooks)
- Contain animal hair
- Are final sale: sale items, bathing suits, and intimates
All item(s) must have tags and labels attached.
All returned items undergo a final inspection upon arrival at our facility to
determine compliance with our return guidelines.
Return shipping payment authorization is required to send items back to the customer. This applies to:
- Items eligible for exchange
- Items deemed ineligible for refund/exchange
Authorization must be completed within 24 hours of email notification. Failure to do so will result in the item(s) being discarded.
If a return is approved for a refund, customers will be notified via email of
the refund amount, less a restocking fee. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Processing Time
- Returns and exchanges will be processed within 10 business days
- Please note: Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank. Banks may issue refunds based on their own policies and timelines.
- Refunds will be issued minus the 10% restocking fee
- Customers will receive email confirmation with refund details
Defective or Incorrect Items
- Please Note: All items are carefully inspected prior to shipment to ensure they are free of defects. As a result, we do not accept returns for items claimed as defective.
Incorrect Items:
- Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
- If we made the mistake, we’ll send the correct item promptly. Éainque will cover shipping costs and waive the restocking fee.
- If an incorrect item is ordered due to customer error, the return will not be authorized. Éainque is not responsible for incorrect orders placed by the customer, and no refund or exchange will be issued in such cases.
Refused or Undeliverable Orders
Orders that are:
- Refused upon delivery, or
- Returned due to an invalid or undeliverable address
Will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Reserved Rights
Éainque reserves the right to limit, refuse, or reject returns for the following
reasons:
- Excessive or irregular return history, including signs of “wardrobing”
- Returns of items that are worn, damaged laundered, or altered
- Suspected fraudulent or criminal activity
We also reserve the right to refuse service to any customer engaging in fraudulent behavior.
Note: Any non-Éainque items sent to our facility will be discarded upon receipt.
