We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, & understand that sometimes an item(s) needs to be returned or exchanged. We guarantee a full refund/exchange on all unworn products. Merchandise must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, & with all tags & labels attached. Returns must be accompanied by the original invoice. Please be advised that customers are responsible for all shipping & return cost (shipping fee to & from). Shipping fees will not be refunded or added to an exchange. Additionally, a restocking fee of $10 will be assessed. Return merchandise must be post marked within (5) days from the date of Receipt.

 

Nonrefundable Policy: 

We take great pride in packaging products that are of the highest standard & quality, & therefore ask that returns are in their original unworn state. Item(s) not qualified for refund or exchange are as follows: Item(s) with stains, makeup, has an odor of smoke, perfume/deodorant, sweat, animal hair, has been washed/worn, or damaged in any way. All tags & labels must be attached. If item(s) do not qualify for refund/exchange as a result of any of the above reasons listed, it will be returned to you. You will be notified via email & will need to make shipping arrangements for the package to be returned to you. We will not be held responsible for any item(s) if proper shipping arrangements are not made to facilitate the return to you in a timely fashion. Failure to make shipping arrangements will result in item(s) not being returned to you. In this case, there will be no refund. Please note that item(s) on sale, bathing suits and intimates are final sale. 

Once we receive returns, they will be processed within (14) business days. At this time, you will be issued a refund or store credit/exchanged upon your request. Refund will reflect on your credit/debit card. Customers will be notified via email with the refund amount (The price of the original purchase, excluding a restocking fee of $10 and the shipping cost to and from the customer
). Store credit/exchange will be applied for any future purchase matching the refund amount. Store credit/exchange is valid for (30) days from the original refund date.

 

 
Defective Items or Problems with Shipment:

We do not anticipate this becoming an issue because quality is our policy. To ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, please inspect all items as soon as they arrive.
All damages must be reported within (24) hours of receipt via email @ eainquedesigns@gmail.com or contact us by phone at (857) 287-5133. We will happily assist, & apologize in advance if this ever occurs! We do our very best to inspect each and every item before leaving or facility to ensure the best quality. If defective item(s) are not reported within (24) hours, we Will not issue credit/refund. If you believe you have received an incorrect item(s), please contact us within (24)hours of receiving your package. If we fine that this our error, we will take full responsibility. The correct item(s) will be promptly shipped out to you, & all shipping & return fees will be refunded. Please note, orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to “ un-deliverable” address will not be refunded/exchanged. 

 

 

Reserved Rights Regarding Returns:

Éainque reserves the right to limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

  • An irregular or excessive return history indicative of “wardrobing;”

  • An irregular or excessive return history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items.

  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity. 

Similarly, Éainque reserves the right to refuse service to any customer or entity due fraudulent activity.  Non Éainque Item(s) sent to our facility will be discarded upon receipt.
