At Éainque, we are committed to delivering products of exceptional quality. We understand that sometimes returns or exchanges are necessary, and we strive to make that process easy, clear and fair.

General Return Policy
We accept returns or exchanges on unworn merchandise provided all conditions below are met:
· Items must be in original, unworn condition
· All original tags and labels must be attached
· Original invoice must be included
· Return request must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery confirmation
· Items must be postmarked within 72 hours of delivery confirmation
A 10% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.
Return shipping costs (to and from the customer) and any associated fees are the responsibility of the customer.Once a return request is submitted, it will be reviewed. If approved, a confirmation email will be sent requesting return shipping payment authorization, which must be confirmed within 48 hours. Upon confirmation, a prepaid shipping label will be emailed to the customer.
Failure to submit a return request, confirm payment authorization, or postmark the return within the specified timeframes will result in the return being denied.
Approved items may be exchanged for products of equal value based on the approved refund amount.
Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
To maintain the integrity of our garments, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that:
Show signs of wear or laundering
Contain stains (makeup, dirt, etc.)
Have odors (perfume, smoke, deodorant, sweat)
Have damaged or missing components (zippers, buttons, hooks)
Contain animal hair
Are marked final sale, including sale items, swimwear, and intimates
All returned items undergo a final inspection upon arrival to ensure compliance with these guidelines.
Return Shipping Authorization & Ineligible Items
If an item is deemed ineligible for refund or exchange, customers will be notified via email.
Return shipping payment authorization is required for the item to be shipped back to the customer.This applies to:
Items eligible for exchange
Items deemed ineligible for refund or exchange
Payment authorization must be confirmed within 48 hours of notification. Items not authorized for return shipping within this window will not be retained, and no refund or exchange will be issued.
Processing Time
Returns and exchanges are processed within 10 business days of receipt
Refunds are issued to the original form of payment, less the 10% restocking fee
Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution
Customers will receive email confirmation once processing is complete.
Defective or Incorrect Items
All items are carefully inspected prior to shipment to ensure quality and accuracy.
Incorrect Items
Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery confirmation
If the error is determined to be on our part, Éainque will provide a return label, resend the correct item, and waive the restocking fee
Returns must be postmarked within 72 hours of delivery confirmation
If an incorrect item was ordered due to customer error, the return will not be authorized.
Refused or Undeliverable Orders
Orders that are:
Refused upon delivery, or
Returned due to an invalid or undeliverable address
are not eligible for refund or exchange.
