Yes. Once your item(s) have shipped, you’ll receive an email with the carrier's name and your tracking number(s).
Once you have chosen an item, select its size, color and quantity, then add it to your Éainque Bag and proceed to checkout.
Yes. Once your payment is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email for your order. When your package(s) are shipped, a follow-up email with your tracking number will be sent.
Yes, Sales tax will be applied to all U.S. orders. For international purchases, sales tax and/or duties will be calculated during checkout based on your location.
Yes. Orders can be cancelled or modified. However, once your payment is verified and authorized it cannot be modified or cancelled.
Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you an email with your tracking number. This will include the carrier information and an estimated delivery date.
If your package doesn’t arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact the carrier directly using the information below:

Please note: We are not responsible for delays caused by lost or stolen packages, packages marked as delivered but not received, or issues with an incorrect shipping address. To avoid any delivery delays, double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase.

Sizes may differ slightly based on the design and the fabric used to make each style. In the description section, below each product, we will list the size a specific model is wearing, whether or not the fabric stretches, and the fabric used (if necessary). We have also provided a size chart for measurement reference and guide.
Sizing may vary depending on the style of each piece. Below each product, you'll find the specific size the model is wearing, along with their measurements for reference. We’ll also let you know if the fabric has stretch or fits true to size, so you can make the best choice for your fit.
Yes. To return an online purchase, please see the return policy page for more details and instructions on how to do so. Please contact us via email at consumercare@eainque.com within 12 hours of receiving your purchase if you are unsatisfied for any reason. Orders can only be returned within 24 hours of delivery receipt.
