General Return Policy
We guarantee a full refund or exchange on all unworn merchandise, provided the following conditions are met:
- Item(s) must be in original condition
- All tags and labels must be attached
- Must be returned with the original invoice
- Must be postmarked within 48 hours of delivery receipt
Return shipping to & from customer and associated fees are the customer's responsibility. A 10% restocking fee will also be applied to all returns. Return request MUST be submitted within 12 hours of delivery receipt. Once a return request is submitted, we will review it. If the request is deemed eligible, a confirmation email will be sent to the customer to authorize the return shipping payment. Payment authorization MUST be confirmed within 24 hours of delivery receipt. A shipping label will be sent to the customer via email. Returns MUST be postmarked within 48 hours of delivery receipt.
If payment authorization is NOT received within the following window, no refund or exchange will be issued.
Item(s) may be exchanged for any product of equal value to the refund amount.
Item(s) Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
To maintain the integrity of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for item(s) that:
- Show signs of wear (washed, worn, etc.)
- Contain stains (makeup, dirt, etc.)
- Have odors (smoke, perfume, deodorant, sweat)
- Have damaged or missing parts (zippers, buttons, hooks)
- Contain animal hair
- Are final sale: sale items, bathing suits, and intimates
All item(s) must have tags and labels attached.
All returned items undergo a final inspection upon arrival at our facility to determine compliance with our return guidelines.
Return shipping payment authorization is required to send item(s) back to the customer. This applies to:
- Item(s) eligible for exchange
- Item(s) deemed ineligible for refund/exchange
Payment authorization MUST be confirmed within 24 hours of email notification. Failure to do so will result in the item(s) being discarded. No refund or exchange will be issued.
If a return is approved for a refund, customers will be notified via email of the refund amount, less a restocking fee. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Processing Time
- Returns and exchanges will be processed within 10 business days
- Please note: Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank. Banks may issue refunds based on their own policies and timelines.
- Refunds will be issued minus the 10% restocking fee.
- Customers will receive email confirmation with refund details
Defective or Incorrect Items
- Please Note:
All items are carefully inspected prior to shipment to ensure they are free of defects. As a result, we do not accept returns for items claimed as defective.
Incorrect Items:
- Must be reported within 12 hours of delivery receipt.
- Once return request is submitted, we will review it.
- If we find that we made the mistake, we’ll send the correct item promptly. Éainque will cover shipping costs and waive the restocking fee.
- A shipping label will be sent to the customer via email.
- Return(s) MUST be postmarked within 48 hours of delivery receipt.
- If an incorrect item(s) is ordered due to customer error, the return will NOT be authorized. Éainque is not responsible for incorrect orders placed by the customer, and no refund or exchange will be issued in such cases.
Refused or Undeliverable Orders
Orders that are:
- Refused upon delivery, or
- Returned due to an invalid or undeliverable address
Will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Reserved Rights
Éainque reserves the right to limit, refuse, or reject returns for the following reasons:
- Excessive or irregular return history, including signs of “wardrobing”
- Returns of items that are worn, damaged, laundered, or altered
- Suspected fraudulent or criminal activity
We also reserve the right to refuse service to any customer engaging in fraudulent behavior.
Note: Any non-Éainque items sent to our facility will be discarded upon receipt.
